Party Invites Always make an extra effort when making your party invites. You will need: Silver/Gold Card & Coloured Card - Cotton Wool - Glue(The safe paper type) Doubled sided sticky tape - Coloured Thread - Streamers. How to Make your Invites: Fold a piece of silver/Gold card in half. Cut out 3 balloon shapes from your coloured card. Glue the cotton wool behind each one, then stick it to the card with tape. Cut and then remove the silver/gold card around the top pf the balloons. Cut your thread into lenghts to make the balloon strings and add them to you card just under the balloons. Then for the final touch add some streamers. Now give them to all your friends!!

- Decorations No pary would be complete with out decorations and here is a simple example of how to make some Rainbow Paper Chains: Cut some coloured paper (You could use the paper left over from your invites) into lenghts about 20cm long and 2cm wide. Glue the ends together to make a loop. Thread the next strip through the loop, then glue its ends together and keep going until you have made enough to decorate. Add balloons and streamers to your party room.

- An extra special PARTY DRINK Here is how to make a great Fruity Cocktail: Puree six strawberries in a blender (Always ask an adult to help you), then add about 150ml of cranberry juice and 150ml of orange juice. Pour the mixture into a glass adding some ice cubes and slices of orange and apple. Finish off your cocktail with a really brightly coloured straw.

- Design your own Cake No party is complete without that chocolate cake: You will need - Sponge cake - 115g milk chocolate - 2 tablespoons of sour cream and sweets to decorate. Melt the chocolate in a bowl placed over warm water and then blend in the sour cream (Remember get an adult to help you) Using a big spoon cover your Sponge cake in the chocolate and then decorate it whatever way you want!

Treasure Hunt is easy and fun:

Draw a map of your room. Get your friends to mark an X where they think the treasure is hidden. Reveal whose X is the closest to the treasure and then give that person 2 minutes to find it! The treasure can be anything from a small prize to a packet of sweets.

Remember to get an adult to help you plan and make all your party goodies. Most important is that you and all your friends have a great time!!!
